Alexandra (Sasha)Hernandez

Videographer & Photographer

From a young age, I’ve been captivated by the power of art and imagery. Moving images first stole my heart, leading me to create videos, but I’ve also developed a deep appreciation for still ones in photography. Both mediums allow me to tell stories, capture emotions, and share unique perspectives.

I am a true citizen of the world, shaped by a life spent growing up in multiple countries and embracing diverse cultures. This global journey has not only broadened my horizons but also made me fluent in several languages, allowing me to connect with people from all walks of life. My international background explains why I work abroad and am available for projects worldwide—wherever creativity takes me.

Few more words...

My social nature draws me toward working with people on meaningful projects. One such example is Graine d’Helvète, my documentary series that highlights the lives and work of land workers in French-speaking Switzerland—a project born from my love for storytelling and human connection. Over the years, I’ve also conducted countless interviews with artists, driven by my passion for music. There’s nothing quite like the energy of powerful guitar riffs; they inspire me and take me on journeys of creativity. c

On the other hand, my more introverted side allows me to spend hours behind my computer, immersed in photo editing and video post-production. It’s in this quiet space that I refine my work, bringing ideas to life with precision and care.
